MEMPHIS, Tenn. — Intellivo, the nation’s leading innovator in health plan subrogation, announced today the appointment of Win Rawson as Chief Legal Officer.

Intellivo is a technology solution that enables real-time identification of payment sources for health plans, payers and providers. Increasing subrogation recovery results for employer health plans and payers is one of the company’s core offerings. Rawson’s expanded role will support this and other Intellivo solutions with a wealth of legal experience that spans nearly 30 years.

Rawson will spearhead Intellivo’s legal and compliance operations with a particular emphasis on privacy and risk protection. His expertise will be instrumental in navigating the complex regulatory landscape of the healthcare industry and ensuring Intellivo’s continued commitment to the highest standards of legal and ethical practices.

Prior to joining Intellivo, Rawson established himself as a partner at Lawrence & Russell, where he honed his skills in ERISA litigation, ERISA and HIPAA compliance and employment law.

“We have the legal experience and legal knowledge to meet any argument an attorney can make,” said Rawson. “And we can respond to attorney arguments quickly. So, experience, knowledge, and speed – few subrogation providers can bring that combination to the table.”

Rawson’s appointment underscores Intellivo’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards of legal and ethical practices as it continues to advance payments technology for health plans, providers and payers.

“We are thrilled to add Win Rawson to our C-level executive team,” said Laura Hescock, CEO of Intellivo. “His profound understanding of legal intricacies, especially in areas crucial to our operations such as privacy and compliance, will be invaluable as we continue to grow and innovate.”
