Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel
Win Rawson‘s journey with IntellivoSM began in August 2008.
Responsible for overseeing Legal and Compliance, Win leads the company’s compliance operations with a focus on privacy and risk protection.
Prior to joining Intellivo, Win was a partner at Lawrence & Russell, where he specialized in ERISA litigation, ERISA and HIPAA compliance, and employment law for eight years.
Before practicing law, Win spent eight years at Sedgwick in the wholesale brokerage/property casualty underwriting industry. Win holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Memphis, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Mississippi.
