Brittney Patterson’s journey with IntellivoSM began in May 2015.
Brittney is the VP of Business Strategy and Operations of Intellivo, steering the strategic and operational alignment across all services within the organization to maximize the value achieved for clients. She leads Intellivo’s client account and operational service teams and serves as the connection between service optimization and client success.
Mrs. Patterson is recognized for her experience and aptitude within the subrogation sector. Before her role as Director of Business Strategy, she was the Director of Client Services for Intellivo, driving over 98% client retention as a result of her success in fostering lasting relationships and ensuring unparalleled service delivery to clients.
Brittney graduated from Louisiana State University with dual bachelor’s degrees in psychology and sociology. Outside of the office, Brittney is a wife and mom to two wonderful children and enjoys spending time with her family.
