Josh Gozdecki’s journey with IntellivoSM began in January 2023.
Responsible for overseeing People Operations, Josh leads the company’s human resources and talent recruiting with a focus on people success.
Prior to Intellivo, Josh served in a variety of strategic and leadership roles in Human Resources for Lumeris, Cigna, Express Scripts & BJC Healthcare. Over his nearly 20 years in HR, Josh has led company transformations and people initiatives as a strategic partner and leader across people operations, talent acquisition, and organizational development teams.
Josh is a graduate of the University of Missouri system where he studied psychology and organizational behavior. He currently lives in St. Louis with his wife and loves to travel, try new restaurants, and play recreational sports.
