Charm Pratt’s journey with IntellivoSM began in October 2024.
Responsible for overseeing product innovation, strategy, operations, and the execution of Intellivo’s solution portfolio. Charm joins as a strategic addition to the company’s leadership team, playing a central role in driving Intellivo’s long-term growth, and strengthening its position as a leader in the healthcare payments sector. Her focus includes driving strategic initiatives, building a scalable foundation for continued success, enhancing the client experience, and forging new partnerships.
Prior to Intellivo, she held executive positions at industry giants including Cigna and Express Scripts. Her expertise spans product and pricing innovation, data analytics, governance, risk management, and process optimization. Charm’s background includes managing a $20B+ P&L, overseeing mergers and acquisitions, systems integration, spearheading revenue cycle management, and developing go-to-market strategies.
Charm holds an MBA from Anderson University and is a graduate of MIT’s Sloan School of Management Executive Program. She is fluent in two languages and enjoys traveling. She loves spending time with her husband, Sam, and their son, Dexter. Together, they are avid food and art enthusiasts with a passion for supporting local artists and chefs in the St. Louis community.
