ST. LOUIS – Intellivo, the leader in health plan subrogation technology, today announced the appointment of Gaurav “Gee” Mehta as Chief Financial Officer.
Mehta joins Intellivo with more than 20 years of experience as a trusted executive partner to CEOs and private equity investors. Mehta will play a critical role in helping Intellivo achieve aggressive growth goals as the company continues to lead the subrogation industry by empowering health insurers, health plans, and TPAs to maximize reimbursements for accident-related medical claims.
“Gee is an outstanding addition to Intellivo’s executive team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience in leading the financial strategy of private equity-backed companies experiencing significant growth and customer demand,” said Laura Hescock, CEO of Intellivo. “His ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution will enable us to achieve our aggressive goals as we continue to deliver value to customers and investors alike.”
As CFO, Mehta brings deep financial expertise and executive leadership across large teams. Mehta comes to Intellivo from Aludium, where he was CFO of the private equity-owned multinational company that recycles, processes and manufactures aluminum products. Prior to Aludium, he served as the vice president of finance and accounting at Compana Pet Brands, a global, private equity-owned company providing pet products, logistics and manufacturing services.
