Charm Pratt’s journey with IntellivoSM began in October 2024.
Charm is a healthcare executive with over two decades of experience shaping business strategy, driving enterprise transformation, and delivering measurable impact across payer, pharmacy and tech-enabled healthcare organizations. As Chief Operating Officer at Intellivo, she leads the company’s long-term vision, integrating data strategy and innovation with operational excellence and stewardship of all client relationships to strengthen results and advance leadership in healthcare subrogation.
Her career includes senior leadership roles at Cigna and Express Scripts, where she managed multi-billion dollar portfolios, launched industry-first pricing and product solutions, and achieved meaningful improvements in client outcomes and financial performance. Recognized for turning complex challenges into growth opportunities, she combines strategic insight with deep financial acumen to drive sustained profitability.
Charm holds an MBA from Anderson University and is a graduate of MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Program. She fosters a culture rooted in trust, collaboration, and accountability, enabling teams to innovate and consistently deliver at scale.
